Hi, I’m Shayna.

I’m a UX leader who turns organizational complexity into operational clarity. Over the past decade, I’ve built four enterprise design systems, scaled UX maturity from Level 2 → 4, and established governance frameworks that reduce waste, increase predictability, and accelerate delivery.

My work blends design systems, DesignOps, accessibility leadership, AI-driven insights, and executive partnership to ensure decisions are user-centered, technically feasible, and aligned with strategic goals. I don’t just build systems—I build the organizational capability to sustain them.

Whether I'm partnering with C-suite leaders on roadmap strategy or coaching designers toward senior- and principal-level impact, my focus is always on elevating both the work and the people behind it.

Outside of work, I’m a gamer, surfer, and animal lover who thrives on creativity, challenge, and building things that make life easier (or more fun).
